讲座提要：
本次讲座将对词汇语义学研究（lexical semantics）的发展历程进行系统全面的回顾。首先将介绍词汇语义学理论研究范式的转变过程，包括历史-语文学传统、结构主义语言学传统、生成语义学传统和认知-功能语言学传统。此外，dirk geeraerts教授还将就这些不同的理论框架如何在语言描写和方法论创新两个层面促进词汇语义学研究领域的发展给出自己独到的见解。
主讲人简介：
dirk geeraerts教授，曾任比利时鲁汶大学（ku leuven）语言学系主任，鲁汶大学定量词汇学与变异语言学（quantitative lexicology and variationist linguistics，简称qlvl）研究中心创始人，ssci检索刊物《认知语言学》（cognitive linguistics）创刊主编，《牛津认知语言学手册》（the oxford handbook of cognitive linguistics）联合主编，国际认知语言学会会长，自2005年起担任德国mouton de gruyter出版社“认知语言学研究”（cognitive linguistics research）系列丛书主编，是认知语言学研究领域的国际知名学者。研究兴趣涵盖认知语言学、词汇语义学、词典学等多个领域。出版的专著包括：paradigm and paradox (1985)、the structure of lexical variation (1994)、diachronic prototype semantics (1997)、words and other wonders (2006)、theories of lexical semantics (2010)等。
